Description: The cancer area of the prostate is outlined on the histological slide. Using pathologist's visual memory an identical tumour area is painted with the mouse on the virtual slide. Total prostate volume is calculated using the ellipsoidal method: 4/3 x pi x (length/2 x width/2 x height/2). A 3D picture and T-classification is automatically generated. No camera or other special equipment is needed.
